Hands On History for All Ages!
Programs

Dallas Heritage Village is pleased
to provide a variety of programs for all ages and all times of year. Some
programs, such as Plow, Plant and Shear and Civil War on the Homefront,
are only offered seasonally. Others, such as The Village Readers, provide
opportunities for discovery all year long. Check back often to explore new
offerings. Experience Dallas Heritage Village in a whole new way!
Recurring Family Programs include:
- Family Past Times, the 3rd Sunday of each month. Explore the past through
hands-on activities. Admission for kids is free!
- Nip and Tuck's Barnyard Buddies Storytime for Preschoolers, the 2nd Wednesday
of the month, 11 a.m. Just for the little ones - read a story, sing songs, and
explore the Village.
- Special Events such as Plow, Plant and Shear/Girl Scout Day (April),
Old-Fashioned Fourth, Civil War on the Homefront (November) and Candlelight
(December).
